to PRO do

Minimum design. Maximum momentum.

An all-in-one SaaS workspace built for focus, not friction.

Co-Founder, Lead Product & Brand Designer.

The Brand—Just three words. Three letters.

The naming—toPRO do—is a direct call to action. To anchor it visually, I distilled this three-word message into a minimalist signet: a pure, geometric "tpd" monogram. It’s not just a logo; it’s a functional stamp that dictates the rhythm and visual rules for the entire interface. No fluff. Just forward momentum.

Chaos by Design

When project management tools become too complex, they become an obstacle. If a team avoids using a tool, it becomes an expensive void. That’s bad business, and it’s worse UX. The challenge was combining high-density features—task lists, calendars, file repositories, and real-time chat—without creating cognitive overload.

_simplification of the COMPLEXITY

We’re all overwhelmed by complex dashboards and notifications—so we decided to simplify all communication within the project using a smart information channel inspired by Social Media feeds.

Architecture over Art

I started with people, not pixels. By mapping out personas from intern to executive, I designed a system that scales to the user's technical ability and access level.

The core philosophy? Invisible UI. I stripped away decorative graphics and relied entirely on rigorous typography and spatial layout. The interface gets out of the way so the work can take center stage.

Systematic Simplicity

Every design decision had to justify its existence.

  • Color as Utility, Not Decoration: I eliminated arbitrary colors. Color is used strictly to communicate status, highlight key data, or instantly identify user roles across the platform.

  • Anchored Navigation: A high-contrast, fixed left panel grounds the user, housing core tasks. Horizontal menus keep complex dashboards (like files and calendars) clean and breathable.

  • Micro-Interactions: Subtle UI animations provide instant feedback, adding delight without slowing down the workflow.

ESSENCE

maximum accessibility and the ability to get straight to work. Every element has been simplified while preserving its character and recognizability.

The Impact

We built a tool that respects the user's time. By prioritizing seamless UX over feature-bloat, toPRO do proves that enterprise software doesn't have to be visually exhausting.

Calendar

n project management, the calendar is usually the first interface to visually collapse under pressure. I redesigned it from a chaotic dumping ground into a strategic map. The architecture is built to gracefully absorb high-density data—handling overlapping events, multi-team schedules, and heavy file attachments—without breaking the grid. By using modular, expandable event blocks, the monthly overview remains impeccably clean. The deep context (like attached project briefs or design assets) is never crowding the screen; it’s hidden in plain sight, just one deliberate interaction away.
